Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange.
To process your request, you must provide proof of purchase—such as a receipt or order confirmation.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive and review your request, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the funds to appear will depend on your bank or payment provider.
